Summer is HERE! The bite continues to give variety! Another great day! White Seabass, Yellowtail, Halibut, Barracuda, Rock fish and the list goes on.
Lots of variety in the fish counts today. The season is finally coming to full swing here at the beautiful Channel Islands.
The conditions are ripe and the white seabass plump. Captain Shawn Steward on the Aloha Spirit once again put his anglers on a few lunker white seabass today along with some mix rockfish and barracuda

This trip started off with a little bumpy weather getting across to the backside of the Channel Islands, and then it was smooth traveling to our destination of Santa Rosa Island.
Outstanding fishing across the board here today at the beautiful Channel Islands. With 12 boats out and 303 anglers with their lines soaking, the counts look great!
