Cancellation Policy For Open Party Fishing & Whale Watching trips
Full payment is required on all trips. Any discounts will be refunded the day the trip runs.
- 1/2 day, 3/4 day & Full day trips – 24 hour notice from time of departure date.
- Overnight trips – 48 hour notice from time of departure date
- Whale Watching trips - 24 hour notice from time of departure date.
- Twilight trips - 24 hour notice from time of departure date.
- Multi day trips - 30 days from time of departure date
- To receive a full refund, notification must be given in advance.
- No shows will not receive a refund.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy for Private Charters
- 50% Deposit required at time of booking. To receive full refund, cancellation must be made 30 days from date of charter departure.
- All policies subject to change without notice.
- All trips subject to up to last minute cancellations due to weather or mechanical issues.

*A 5% Harbor Fee added to all open party tickets and private charters.
