To receive a full refund, notification must be given in advance. Call 805-382-1612 to cancel.
No shows will not receive a refund.
 

  • 1/2 day, 3/4 day, Full day, Whale Watch, Hoop Net, & Twilight trips – 24 hour notice prior to time of departure date.

  • Overnight trips – 48 hour notice prior to time of departure date

  • 2 and 3 day trips - 30 days prior to time of departure date.
